1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TracksideRacing.AI (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The Service is not intended for, and may not be used by, anyone under 18.

3. Accounts

When account creation is available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, redistribute or resell the data, ratings or analytics on the Service.
• Reverse engineer, copy or create derivative works of the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to attempt to gain unauthorised access.
• Share your account with other users.

5. No betting advice

The Service provides data and analytics. Nothing on the Service is betting advice, a recommendation to place a wager, or a guarantee of any outcome. All wagering decisions are your own. Please gamble responsibly.

6. Subscription and billing

Basic costs £20 per month, including VAT where applicable, and is billed monthly in advance through Stripe. There is no annual subscription or minimum term. You may cancel from account Settings at any time; access remains active until the end of the paid billing period. If a payment fails or becomes overdue, paid access is removed immediately while your account information is retained so payment can be recovered. Refunds are at our discretion, without affecting your statutory rights.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that data, ratings or analytics are error-free or complete. We are not liable for any losses arising from wagering decisions made using the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
